Monthly Resolution

I need some goals so this is my monthly resolution. I have come to find that making a list of things to do for a year simply does not work for me. I can barely make it a week without having to re-evaluate my plans. So here goes nothing. This is what I want to accomplish for the month of March.

• Cardio at least three times a week
• Strengthening at least two times a week
• Yoga or Pilates at least once a week
• 90 oz of water a day
• Take multivitamin daily
• 3 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day
• At least one glass of milk a day
• Eat five to six small meals a day
• Keep within my daily caloric range
